Throughout the year we are constantly stock piling and sourcing hardwood for split logs. Its good to know that a large quantity of the waste we produce can be recycled for fuel, which is left to season undercover until winter arrives.

From September onwards our log deliveries start to build and we advise you to put your order in early to avoid disappointment!

During the 2021 season, Eden Tree Care applied for and were awarded a grant from the National Forest to build an additional barn for air drying logs. This was an exciting new venture for us here at Eden Tree Care. With the new building in place, the emphasis is switched to quality and sourcing of the firewood as opposed to our previous "hand to mouth" practice.

Do you deliver near me?
We deliver within the local area of our yard near Ashby de la Zouch. Its best to call us and find out if we can deliver to you. We will travel sligthly further if you order a larger quantity of timber, so best to get in touch.
What quantities do you sell logs in?
Our logs will be delivered to you in builders tonne bags. Size wise this is just under a loose cubic metre.
Do you sell logs all year around?
It all depends on supply. From Autumn onwards demand for logs increases hugely, meaning that by January onwards we are usually out of stock of the driest wood. We advise our regular customers to order their logs during the summer months so that you can prepare your log store for winter. Avoid the risk of running out and order early.
What days do you deliver?
We vary our delivery days depending on other work commitments. During busy periods we can sometimes deliver 2-3 times a week. Best to give us a call with your delivery requirements.
Can I request smaller or larger logs?
Our log splitting machine is set to cut logs to approx. 8/9 inches, however this doesn't always suit smaller or larger log burners. If you let us know at the time of ordering we can produce smaller or larger logs to suit your requirements.
Do you sell softwood?
No. All of our logs are hardwood. Our softwood is sold on for Biomass.
How much do they cost?
Your first delivery is currently £105 per bag. The logs are left in the bag on delivery. If you are able to return the bag to us, your order next order will be £100.
